File 1 - Its dimensions are 3000x3000 pixels and it includes the background.
File 2 - Its dimensions are 1080x2337 pixels.
Inside the Photoshop file
The Photoshop layers are almost the same in both files. The only exception is the layer “Background” that is not present in the Screen Only PSD.
